We specialise in Early Childhood Early Intervention

Our early intervention team provide specialist support to help you gain the confidence, knowledge and skills to support your child’s learning and development.

We are an early childhood intervention team that specialises in providing a Primary Care Approach (Key Worker) in delivering early intervention services.

This service model is the recommended best-practice approach by Early Childhood Intervention Australia (ECIA) for children with developmental delays or disabilities.

This means that our families receive a Key Worker.

Our Services

We understand how important it is to work in partnership with families. Your Key Worker will talk with you to find out about your concerns and priorities. They will then discuss the next steps with you. This might involve talking with other professionals such as teachers allied health professionals involved with your family. They will find out how your child is doing in different situations in everyday life. This ensures that any support that we provide supports your child’s participation and learning in daily life, both at home, community and in the early childhood learning centre. The Key Worker makes sure that everyone is working in a coordinated way to support your family to support your child. Together with you, we develop a plan which outlines how your child’s learning and development will be supported by everyone involved. The plan will be reviewed often to discuss progress and agree on changes made.
